Manchester Jewish Museum

Smithers Purslow have been acting as Heritage & Conservation Consultants to the Manchester Jewish Museum Project.  This consisted of the preparation and production of the Conservation & Management Plan for the building which included an assessment of significance & risk.  This resulted in a successful Heritage Lottery Fund Grant Award.  We then worked with the Design Team to ensure that the significance of the building was retained & respected during the detailed design process.  Subsequently we have assisted with construction issues arising from site queries and commented on the repairs to the existing listed fabric.
