Investors in People – Platinum

Investors in People is the internationally recognised standard for people management. Whilst we are immensely proud of achieving Platinum status, what is more important are the benefits felt by our clients.

Since 2001, Gateley Smithers Purslow have been involved with Investors in People. In 2016 we achieved Platinum, becoming the first in our sector to obtain this and only 16th in the world to reach this standard at that time!

Our Platinum status was renewed in 2019 until 2022. In our latest assessment we outscored the IPP overall and industry benchmarks. We were top rated high performing in 25 of 27 categories.
