Regeneration – Corby

Gateley Smithers Purslow’s Architecture & Planning department was commissioned to design and secure planning for two redundant buildings which form part of a wider major regeneration project in Corby linking the town centre to a new railway station.

Bevan House provides 15 high-specification apartments with off-road parking. The nearby Lutheran Church has been converted into 6 maisonettes with off-road parking and an amenity area.

Both designs make efficient use of the building to maximise the investment whilst providing attractive much needed town centre dwellings.
