Multi-disciplinary, reinstatement project involving in-house Building Surveyors, Architectural Technologists and Structural Engineers.

Listed Building, Planning and Building Regulation applications had to be submitted to the Local Authority to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The project had its challenges; the weather due to its exposed coastal location, the roof had to be hand-cut to match the original design and, of course, Covid-19 issues.

Completed within budget, this home has been returned to its former glory and, most importantly, both the insurer and the policyholder are extremely satisfied clients.
