When opportunities arise to showcase our projects, we may ask for your permission to use photographs and details of your property.  Please note that we will not proceed to do so without first seeking and obtaining your consent.

The data we collect from you populates a project record on our Electronic Business Management System.  While we hold your information, we take precautions to protect the information we store through means such as multi-factor authentication, encryption and adherence to strict IT security standards.  Your data is stored on our system for the duration of the works, after which it is marked as complete.

We preserve project files, which include personal data, for 10 years. Following this period, your details will be destroyed.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, post, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent.  You can opt-in or change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting our marketing team by phone or email:

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a data subject you have the right to review, amend and have copies of your data.  Once our contracted works have expired, you also have the right to erase your data.
