Smithers Purslow joins Gateley

We are delighted to announce that on 19 April 2022 Smithers Purslow was acquired by legal and professional services group, Gateley. Going forward the business will trade under the new name of Gateley Smithers Purslow.

We share the same client first ethos and commitment to service excellence as Gateley and the shareholders and directors are convinced that joining Gateley will enhance our client offering and provide the framework for our ambitious growth plans.

Gateley is committed to investing and growing surveying services as part of its Property Platform strategy, having acquired property tax specialists Gateley Capitus and built environment consultants Gateley Hamer in 2016, dispute resolution and built environment consultants Gateley Vinden in 2020 and built environment consultants Tozer Gallagher in 2021. We are delighted to be joining the Group as part of this ongoing investment strategy.

All members of the Smithers Purslow team will remain with the business and Managing Director, Stephen Fraser and Senior Director, Andrew Bussey will join the Gateley Smithers Purslow management board.
