Gateley Smithers Purslow reflects on successful year at team away day

Last month, we hosted an ‘away day’ for more than 130 of our team members in Peterborough.

The away day provided an opportunity for colleagues from across our network of offices to get together to reflect on the past year, as well as focus on this coming year and beyond.

The full-day event was filled with speakers from the senior management team and covered topics including recognition and people development, success stories and recruitment updates. Alongside this, the day also reflected on the company’s ongoing integration with Gateley, the Property Platform and long-term growth objectives.

In between presentations, there was time for team-building exercises and catching up with colleagues from different offices.

Andrew Bussey, director at Gateley Smithers Purslow, commented: “Our last company day was in April 2022, literally the day we became part of Gateley. It was important to get everyone together to review a big year in our history and explain the next phase of our growth plan, and how that links in to the wider Gateley team. It was great to see new and old faces to share ideas and shape improvements for the future.”
