During the late afternoon session on “The technology of luxury homes” starting at 3:15pm, Gateley Smithers Purslow Director, Andrew Bussey will explain the processes they adopt as surveyors when SMART home technology is involved in an insurance claim, starting with early identification and diagnosis through to contract procedures.
