Emmanuel Church Didsbury

Emmanuel is a busy Anglican Church in Didsbury Village, South Manchester.  The Church has developed a Café facility which is now well established.  This compliments the social activities within the building. However the existing toilet accommodation is inadequate for their developing needs.

The Church have embraced the concept of ‘inclusivity’ and have commissioned an Adult Changing Facility to Changing Places Standards.  This has involved discussions with wheelchair users and access specialists in order to create a ‘gold standard’ facility and to ensure that it is accessible ‘at all hours’. New entrances are also being installed sufficient for electric wheelchairs.
