SP secured consent to demolish an existing lean to extension and replace with a spacious contemporary kitchen/family room on this Grade II Listed Farmhouse. The design thoroughly addresses the clients brief to provide lots of light whilst also providing privacy from the public realm. Modern in appearance the materials, detailing and form ensure it remains in keeping with the character and setting of the heritage asset. No changes were requested as part of the Planning and Listed Building Consent Applications.
