Linacre Mission

Linacre Mission is a Grade II Listed Building originally opened in 1905 to serve the local community. Unfortunately, the fabric of the building had deteriorated over time and it no longer provided the facilities to best serve the people of Linacre.

Our brief was to make the building accessible to all, despite having multiple levels due to the slope of the site, and to provide facilities that would serve community needs in the 21^st Century. New lifts and upgraded staircases linked all areas of the building and the project saw large meeting rooms, new kitchen and dining facilities being created and restoring the first floor gymnasium to active service.
