Our Chartered Surveyors provide comprehensive, full building survey reports covering the condition of the structure and fabric of properties, site features, outbuildings and services. The reports highlight any necessary repairs and provide a guide to the likely costs involved. Alternatively, at lower cost, we can provide a structural overview, focusing on the structural stability of the building.
Specific defect reports will examine a particular area of concern, often raised by a mortgage lender or valuation surveyor. We will prepare a specific report identifying the likely cause of the defect, repair recommendations and a guide to the associated costs.
