Design & Contract Administration
A large proportion of our surveying work involves designing alterations, extensions and refurbishments to existing buildings as well as new build development.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors design new-build and remodel existing buildings to current standards. Projects are taken from initial feasibility all the way through to final completion, involving liaison with Local Authorities for planning and Building Regulations and subsequently administering building works using recognised construction contracts.
Clients have the option to engage us for complete design and contract administration services or simply to select specific areas where our expertise will assist them most.
The Practice's Quality Management System is certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance to ISO 9001 giving peace of mind that comprehensive processes, procedures and checking controls are being adopted.
