Construction (Design & Management) Regulations
The CDM Regulations created a new role in the construction industry and all our professional staff have been involved with this since its infancy.
We regularly carry out CDM Coordinator duties and ensure compliance with the CDM Regulations from initial notification and pre-tender stage through to subsequent site works and generation of the final health and safety file.
The Regulations have evolved over time and our staff are trained on the latest requirements.
