Since the introduction of the Party Wall Etc Act 1996 our Surveying Department has been involved in ensuring compliance with the Act.

We will provide general advice on party wall, boundary and excavation matters and issue legal notices if required.

The Surveying Team is regularly involved in preparing Party Wall Awards and administering their terms. We are also frequently engaged as Third Surveyors.
