A large proportion of our work comes in the form of designing alterations, extensions and refurbishments to existing buildings and also new build development.

Our Surveyors, together with our regular sub-contract Architects where necessary, take projects from initial feasibility all the way through to final completion, involving liaison with Local Authorities for planning and building regulations and subsequently administering building works using recognised construction contracts.

Clients have an option to engage us to provide a complete design and contract administration service from start to finish or alternatively simply select certain areas where our expertise will assist them most.
