Our Chartered Surveyors provide comprehensive, full building survey reports covering the condition and repairs needed to the structure and fabric of properties, site features, outbuildings and services. The reports also include information on costs associated with the highlighted repairs.

We also offer a ‘toned-down’ survey that focuses purely on the structural elements of buildings.

Specific defect reports are available which simply focussing on an area of concern, possibly raised by a mortgage lender or valuation surveyor. We will prepare a specific report which identifies the likely cause of the defect, repair recommendations and associated costings.
